Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup.

Exchange Policy

We accept eligible exchanges for customers who would prefer another size, style, or item of equal or greater value.

• Exchange approval is subject to item condition and eligibility.
• Previously exchanged items may not qualify for additional exchange.
• Price differences will be collected or credited where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Resizing

Some rings can be resized depending on the style and construction of the piece.

• Eternity bands may not be resizable due to full stone placement.
• Certain custom or heavily modified pieces may not qualify for resizing.
• Alternative metals may have limited or no resizing options.
• Please contact us before sending any item for resizing.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be final sale or otherwise not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items showing wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
